Position: Civic and Public Administration Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$60/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Construct public-sector scenarios for large-scale budget appropriations, multi-agency coordination, and complex regulatory or legislative review cycles at federal, state, and municipal levels. Build civic tasks across public policy analysis , constituent services delivery, intergovernmental relations, public communications, and regulatory compliance. Develop public administration scenarios using tools such as government ERP/case management systems , public records platforms , GIS systems , and CRM tools . Apply public administration frameworks like policy impact analysis , cost-benefit analysis , and stakeholder engagement models to produce reference policy briefs, agency strategies, and executive/legislative communications. Author rubrics that distinguish authentic public-sector judgment from generic bureaucratic or textbook recall. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .
