Consulting and Technical Customer Support (m/f/d) for Infrastructure & GIS

Where you will excel: As a Consultant and Support Employee (m/f/d), you will ensure the flawless operation of our software for our customers and in our SaaS environment, and handle respective project tasks independently or in collaboration with colleagues. You will support our customers in using our proprietary products of the MapEdit family, wastewater products from Barthauer, and selected infrastructure products, e.g., from Autodesk. In addition to general customer support, you will attempt to reproduce reported errors and establish the necessary connections between our development teams and our customers. During project execution, you will always keep the customer in mind and inform customers and other project members of the current status. Following your onboarding phase, you will independently or together with the team handle data migrations and system transitions.
