Position Summary Salesforce is Melita's system of record and the platform our entire service model runs on. It is where client work is tracked, where our teams plan their day in MyWorkspace, and where our Event Checklist case engine, Onboarding Wizard, and client-facing MyMelita portal all live. The Salesforce Administrator keeps that platform healthy, secure, and continuously improving, and is a driving force behind how we extend it with automation and AI. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows the Salesforce platform deeply and is excited to work in a heavily customized, fast-moving org. You will own the day-to-day administration, partner with our developer on larger build work, and help lead our adoption of Agentforce, CData Connect AI, and automation that removes manual effort across the business.
