About the Role A mid-size plaintiff’s personal injury law firm is seeking a skilled Settlement Coordinator to join our growing Finance team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with the skills and knowledge to handle the many distributions of the firm. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented junior finance professional to contribute to the growth and success of our firm. You Will: Accurately process and record settlements with complex fee divisions, expenses and multiple liens, in a short turnaround period. Work with Finance team management to ensure accurate reporting of firms IOLTA accounts in various jurisdictions. Work closely with the firm’s primary financial institution and track the case lines of credit. Review and approve invoices, create expense reports, process reimbursements, deposit and issue checks. Accurately pay and record the different operating costs of the firm (i.e. rent, utilities, etc) in Quickbooks. Calculate and t
