This is a fully remote role, based in EU, with working hours aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (EST 8 AM - 5 PM). As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer, for the clinical and operational teams that power MEDvidi 's growth across the United States. Your work directly shapes both the quality and the compliance of every hire we make. You'll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, sourcing and evaluating candidates for high-volume and specialized roles, building and maintaining talent pipelines in the U.S. healthcare market, and ensuring a professional candidate experience end to end.
