Director of Quality Assurance

Job Summary : The Director of Quality Assurance leads the QA organization through its transformation to an AI-optimized SDLC, able to support multiple product launches and continuous feature delivery in parallel across a multi-tenant SaaS platform. This leader defines the overarching quality strategy, champions the integration of AI tools across the entire SDLC, and scales automated, resilient testing frameworks to accelerate delivery while sustaining the reliability and regulatory compliance Medrio ’s customers depend on. This position reports directly to the SVP of Engineering and works closely with Development, Product, Support, and Compliance throughout the SDLC. The QA organization is geographically dispersed, combining onshore and offshore teams of in-house engineers and external vendor partners working across multiple time zones. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: AI-Driven Quality Strategy: Lead the strategic integration of generative and predictive AI tools throughout the SDLC, including AI-assisted test case creation, requirements analysis, and automated risk-based test coverage. Quality Throughput & Capacity: Scale quality output in line with an AI-accelerated development organization, ensuring test capacity keeps pace with development output without compromising quality.
