Vice President, Transformation Services - Coding & CDI

Job Purpose The Vice President, Transformation Services - Coding & CDI is responsible for leading client-facing coding and Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) transformation initiatives across multiple healthcare organizations. Serving as the executive transformation lead and strategic advisor to Coding Leadership, CDI Leadership, operational stakeholders, and executive teams, this role partners closely with operational leaders to assess current-state performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop transformational solutions that enhance operational effectiveness, documentation integrity, compliance, reimbursement accuracy, and financial outcomes. The Vice President, Transformation Services - Coding & CDI serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in coding, CDI, revenue cycle, workflow optimization, technology enablement, and operational transformation.
