Website: About the Role Eleven Media is looking for a creative Video Editor to turn original entertainment stories into engaging short-form and long-form videos for MTN. The role involves working with producers to shape raw footage, interviews, and scripts into polished videos that hold attention and deliver emotional impact. Key Responsibilities Edit original short-form and long-form videos from raw footage through final delivery. Work with producers to shape story structure, pacing, emotional impact, and visual flow. Select the strongest soundbites, footage, music, and visual moments for each story. Add graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and other elements that strengthen the video. Adapt videos for different platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and audience behaviours. Ensure every video reflects MTN’s voice, tone, visual identity, and quality standards.
