Your profile: 2-4 years of professional experience in IT sourcing and/or recruiting for technical IT positions. Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools. Solid understanding of IT roles and technology stacks to identify and assess relevant candidates. Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messages and managing candidate communication. Ability to manage multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously.
