OCM & LMS Transformation Lead - Contingent

We are sourcing a contingent OCM — LMS Transformation Lead for an upcoming proposal with a national healthcare association. This opportunity is contingent upon receiving the client contract. Inclusion on the proposed project team does not guarantee a subcontract, start date, minimum number of hours, or minimum compensation. You will lead the people, process, governance, communications, training, and adoption activities associated with the client’s transition to a new LMS. A separate technology vendor will implement the platform. This role will work closely with that vendor while leading the organizational changes necessary for successful adoption. This hands-on role combines change strategy, project leadership, stakeholder facilitation, business-process design, communications, training, readiness assessment, and implementation support. Key Responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day lead for OCM activities. Develop and execute a practical change-management strategy and work plan. Apply a recognized change framework while adapting it to the client’s culture, capacity, and implementation timeline. Facilitate discussions with executive leaders, work groups, program teams, technical staff, and external learners. Develop stakeholder maps, impact assessments, readiness assessments, risk registers, and adoption plans.
