Collections Specialist

MaxMind () is looking for a talented Collections Specialist to join our team. We help protect thousands of companies worldwide from fraud, screening over four billion online transactions each year, and we provide IP intelligence data to thousands more. In this role, you will play a key part in managing customer accounts receivable, driving timely collections, and partnering with customers to resolve billing and payment related questions. This is a full time remote position. We welcome candidates to apply from anywhere in Canada. You must be eligible/authorized to work in Canada. Position Overview As a MaxMind Collections Specialist, you will play an integral role in MaxMind ’s cash flow management, ensuring proper payment from overdue customers. You’ll be right at the front lines, ensuring that overdue accounts remit payment. You’ll help them work through blockers delaying payment. You will also be answering customer questions, receiving POs, and working with customer invoicing portals to ensure a smooth payment process. This position requires you to approach your work with an inquisitive and independent mindset. There are no scripts to read from here at MaxMind .
