Your Responsibilities: You independently handle end-to-end recruiting for our open positions and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. To find the best talent and win them over for Mawave, you utilize targeted active sourcing, thereby building strong talent pipelines and pools for our roles over the long term. After a successful signing, you also shape the pre-onboarding process so that future colleagues have a smooth start with us. You are the point of contact for our hiring managers, provide them with reports on your recruiting activities, and act as a sparring partner for the teams in all matters of talent acquisition.
