Purpose of the Position The Senior Talent Consultant at matteria leads executive searches end to end, partnering with leaders who are changing the world, wherever they happen to be building. This person brings both the technical execution of headhunting and a strategic, consultative lens, listening closely to translate a client's ambitions into winning candidate profiles, and becomes the client's senior point of contact, able to navigate complex conversations fluently in English.
