Title: Senior Associate - Corporate Development Location: India (Remote) About Mati Carbon Mati Carbon is an XPRIZE-winning mission-driven global enterprise on an ambitious goal to boost smallholder farmer income and resilience, regenerate soil ecology, and durably remove carbon – all at no cost to the farmers. We deploy Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW) and related technologies with a locally-led decentralized model across SE Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa, and are rapidly scaling with the backing by a global coalition of leading research institutions, funders, and buyers – including the Yale University, JP Morgan, Shopify, Stripe, H&M Group, The Schmidt Family Foundation, Livelihood Impact Fund among others. Role Overview The planned hire will work directly with Mati's leadership across three critical priorities: corporate strategy, capital formation, and transaction execution. Functioning as the analytical and executional backbone for the senior leadership, you will prepare strategic business cases and investment materials, model capital structures, support fundraising processes, and manage complex transactions and partnerships.
