Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Proposal Specialist is responsible for helping establish and supporting the estimating and proposal processes meanwhile collecting and analyzing data to provide support to the company. The Proposal Specialist is responsible for performing duties which allow the estimating team to be efficient and consistent.
