Project Manager - Generator/HVAC Maintenance

Responsibilities The Project Manager assumes a leadership role and provides guidance to project staff in the development and analysis of complex schedules on large and design-build projects. Experienced and fully competent in the profession, this individual works independently, and acts as a resource for colleagues. In addition, you will: Lead and promote the MasTec safety culture on site, ensure site safety standards are met or exceeded, and lead the development of Site Safety Specific Procedures Facilitate the creation and implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP), including quality assurance (QA) requirements, and lead the QA program Create and maintain project schedules (plans) and update all stakeholders weekly Work cooperatively with leadership on business partner selection, procurement, and negotiations Own and communicate the change management process Lead the setup of large project systems and procedures, including the chart of accounts, cost accounting system, and project directory; Lead management of budget for design consultants Manage and lead internal and external project team
