Manager, Treasury Governance & Strategies

Job Purpose Support the Treasury Governance & Strategic Initiatives function in implementing effective governance frameworks, driving strategic projects, and ensuring Treasury’s adherence to policies, controls, and regulatory standards. This role contributes to the execution of initiatives such as process optimization, system enhancement, and policy reviews across Treasury & Global Markets, while also supporting governance and project coordination across Treasury international locations within the Group. Key Result Areas • Support the development, implementation, and periodic review of Treasury governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across the Group’s Treasury group head office and international locations. • Assist in coordinating strategic projects such as new product approvals, regulatory change implementation, and system upgrades. • Facilitate alignment and governance consistency across Treasury internal units, ensuring adherence to Group standards and operating frameworks. • Liaise with all Treasury stakeholders such as Sales, Trading, Structuring, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Compliance to ensure cross-functional collaboration and consistent project execution. • Prepare management reports and performance dashboards highlighting KPIs, risk metrics, and initiative progress. • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and enhancement of control processes. • Support documentation and approval processes for key Treasury co
