Psychiatrist Pod Lead ($270k-300k and annual bonus)

This is a remote position. Job Description: Psychiatry Pod Lead Provide psychiatric clinical leadership to a designated psychiatry pod (team), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with SMI, SUD, and dementia. Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals Lead clinical team huddles to ensure the care team is working collaboratively toward improving the lives and clinical outcomes of patients Provide clinical support to the BH team, who will be providing short-term psychotherapy, supporting caregivers, coordinating transitions of care, and connecting patients to community-based organizations and agencies Provide regular supervision and support to the respective pod psychiatric nurse practitioners Conduct regular case reviews, peer supervision sessions, and provide constructive feedback to ensure professional development and adherence to best practices. Serve as a key liaison between the psychiatric pod and other departments, including primary care, chronic care management, and community services. Collaborate with PCPs, as well as patients’ other providers, to coordinate treatment and help address co-occurring physical health conditions Contribute to constructing the psychiatrist’s role within the company, including contributing to company culture and serving as an ambassador for the company’s mission.
