About the role We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Consultant to join Marathon Talent and support end-to-end hiring processes for our global clients. This role combines hands-on execution with a strong consulting mindset. You will manage multiple searches at once, ensuring both operational excellence and an outstanding experience for clients and candidates. Day to day Own full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple roles and industries Partner closely with clients to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates globally Manage ATS workflows: pipeline updates, stage management, notes, and reporting Build and maintain talent databases and candidate pools for current and future roles Prepare and organize candidate documentation, summaries, and evaluation materials Coordinate interviews, feedback cycles, and offer processes Ensure high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and
