As a Mortgage Specialist for the Financial Advisor or Mortgage Broker Network , you will primarily sell Manulife Bank’s mortgage solutions directly to clients who have been referred by financial advisors or mortgage brokers. You will provide mortgage solutions and advice tailored to each client’s specific needs. Position Responsibilities: Selling of Manulife One, Manulife Bank Select and associated lending solutions such as credit cards and creditor insurance directly to clients with no pre-existing advisor relationship that come in through our various websites, Manulife employees or our Consumer Solutions team. Ensure seamless receipt and packaging of all required mortgage documents from clients to ensure timely, efficient, accurate flow of business to the appropriate servicing unit for a lending decision.
