Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMH-NP) Department: Clinical Services | FLSA Status: Exempt | Reports To: Director of Clinical Operations Part-Time | Telehealth / Remote Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMH-NP) to join our growing tele-health behavioral health team. In this fully remote role, the PMH-NP will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing care to individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions. The ideal candidate is clinically excellent, patient-centered, and comfortable delivering high-quality psychiatric care through a telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for new and established patients via telehealth. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including psychopharmacological interventions and therapeutic recommendations. Manage a panel of patients with conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other psychiatric diagnoses. Monitor patient progress, adjust medications as clinically appropriate, and document outcomes in accordance with evidence-based practice. Provide crisis assessment and intervention as needed, with appropriate referrals to higher levels of care.
