At Magoya , we prioritize customer success and are committed to delivering exceptional service and results. 🚀 Role Overview: As a Content Creator, you will design and produce the written and visual materials that help John Deere platform users understand and adopt the platform — from step-by-step guides to social media content and in-platform content — helping scale onboarding, usage, and training beyond what field visits alone can cover. Key Responsibilities: Create written and visual content explaining platform features, workflows, and best practices (guides, FAQs, one-pagers, social media posts, in-app messages, etc.). Work together with the team to prioritize content based on the adoption roadmap and gaps identified in the field. Design visual pieces (graphics, carousels, presentations) aligned with brand and communication guidelines. Collaborate with the team on multi-format campaigns (for example, a written guide paired with a complementary video). Keep content up to date as the platform evolves, flagging outdated materials and proposing updates. Help organize and maintain a content library/help center. Gather feedback from users and the Field Adoption team to identify new content opportunities. Skills & Qualifications: 3 years of
