MagicSchool is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing with deep experience in performance marketing to own our paid and organic digital growth strategy and build the team and systems to scale it. You will set the direction for how we reach two audiences: teachers who sign up and use MagicSchool every day, and the schools and districts that partner with us. You will decide how the paid media budget is allocated across channels, and be accountable for metrics such as blended CAC, pipeline, and activations. You are a player-coach: strategic first, and close enough to the work to know what great looks like. Responsibilities include planning and executing a holistic website strategy and roadmap, and shaping our lifecycle and email programs in collaboration with marketing operations. You will set the strategy, roll up your sleeves to optimize campaigns and channels, and manage a small team of contractors and agency partners to deliver results you can measure.
