Help Families Access the Maternal Care They Deserve At Mae Health, we're on a mission to improve maternal health outcomes by making quality care, education, and community-based support more accessible to mothers, babies, and families. Our Outreach Specialists play a vital role in that mission. They connect eligible health plan members with Mae's services, explain available doula support, and help individuals take the first step toward accessing care. As we plan for future hiring needs, we're looking to connect with professionals who combine compassion, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented approach to member outreach. The Opportunity Outreach Specialists introduce eligible members to Mae's services and guide them through enrollment. This high-volume, outbound calling position combines healthcare education, relationship building, and enrollment conversion. Success requires quickly building trust, navigating objections respectfully, and consistently meeting measurable performance goals. This position reports to the Member Services Manager.
