Senior Product manager (Retention)

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong game design expertise to lead the creation, launch, and development of mini-games and game features that drive retention and LTV, with a focus on game mechanics, R&D, and player engagement. Your Mission: Develop mini-games and game features: from concept and mechanics to launch and optimization; — Evaluate feature value and balance development effort vs expected business impact; — Conduct R&D and analyze iGaming trends across key markets; — Formulate and validate product hypotheses, run A/B tests; — Perform competitive analysis and implement best gaming practices; — Work with funnels, CJM, and identify growth opportunities for engagement; — Define key product metrics and prepare reports; — Prioritize backlog and build product roadmap; — Analyze player behavior and generate data-driven initiatives.
