Job Overview The Manager, Regional Asset Protection Technology supports stores, field teams, and Asset Protection leaders within an assigned region by managing, maintaining, and improving Asset Protection technology solutions and operational processes. Guided by service and anticipation, this role serves as the primary regional liaison for AP technology initiatives, supporting the deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of technology solutions that strengthen Asset Protection effectiveness and operational performance. The Manager, Regional AP Technology partners closely with the Senior Manager, AP Technology, Division Asset Protection Directors, store leadership, Macy's Technology, vendors, and cross-functional business partners to ensure AP technology solutions remain reliable, effective, and aligned with operational needs.
