Your responsibilities: Responsibility for implementing clinical documentation software for clients; Consulting and training users remotely or, if necessary, on-site once per quarter; Conducting workshops, assisting with go-lives, and providing post-implementation support; Configuring and adapting software according to individual requirements; Assisting with trade fair appearances, presentations, and tenders; Contributing to ongoing product development.
