We’re looking to add experienced BACP registered (or equivalent) counsellors into our team as permanent Clinical Case Managers. The role will involve supporting our inbound helpline, completing online chats, assessing mental health needs, referring onto clinically appropriate therapy or signposting, offering immediate support, delivering video based therapy sessions and overarching case management services for our clients.
