Lynker is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to provide leadership, coordination, and oversight across a portfolio of technical and operational programs. This position will support organizational leadership in the planning, synchronization, and execution of complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. The Director of Operations will work across program management, technical, operational, and business functions to ensure organizational priorities are effectively translated into executable activities Responsibilities Duties of the Director of Operations will include the following: Provide leadership and oversight for day-to-day operational activities across assigned programs and projects. Coordinate personnel, schedules, resources, priorities, and organizational requirements. Support development and implementation of operational plans, processes, and procedures. Synchronize activities across program management, technical, engineering, and operational teams. Monitor project execution, milestones, risks, and organizational priorities.
