Responsibilities: Seeking an organized, proactive Associate Producer to support live events, brand activations, and conferences from planning through onsite execution and post-event wrap. Works closely with Producers, Account, Creative, Strategy, and Operations, while providing key operational support to the VP of Production. Tracks project deliverables, timelines, and action items across all phases, including pre-program, live onsite support, and post-program recap.
