We’re looking for a Customer Operations Analyst to play a key role in shaping our solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for executing data analytics projects, and managing our rebate management service for our Canadian Pharma and Healthcare Payer customers. You will also work together with our Product and Tech teams as subject matter expert on Canadian drug rebate management to further advance our product and automations. Your main responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end operative rebate management process for our Canadian customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining cl
