What You'll do: Lead the management and evolution of Microsoft Intune and SCCM , ensuring efficient and secure endpoint operations Design and deploy Windows base images to streamline device provisioning across the organization Drive automation of OS upgrades and patching , keeping systems secure and up to date Package and roll out software deployments at scale , improving user productivity Ensure device compliance and software visibility across the IT landscape Help build and scale a modern VDI environment , from initial setup to continuous optimization Manage performance, capacity, and lifecycle of virtual desktop environments Act as a key point of support, resolving issues and enhancing user experience Support and maintain hybrid
