Job Title: Mid-Level/Senior Project Manager. Contract Type: Remote - Freelance/Contractor (PJ). Hiring Objective: Hire a professional to work in the planning, tracking, coordination, and guidance of institutional and strategic projects, promoting the adoption of good project management practices, governance, and portfolio management, supporting teams with different levels of organizational maturity. The professional must play a strategic role as a facilitator and transformation agent, contributing to team development, improving communication between areas, effectively managing risks, timelines, costs, and deliverables, and strengthening a results-oriented project management culture. They will be responsible for driving initiatives, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives, promoting predictability in project execution, supporting leadership decision-making, and ensuring value generation for the organization through the implementation of structured methodologies, indicators, and project management processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure. Plan, track, and monitor institutional and strategic projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, scope, quality, budget, resources, risks, and results. Guide managers, coordinators, and teams in the application of predictive, agile, and hybrid methodologies, tools, and project management best practices.
