We are looking for an IT Specialist to lead and coordinate end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and test scenarios, focusing on the integration between Salesforce and SAP SD. Key responsibilities: Define, review, and execute end-to-end OTC test scenarios covering the entire order lifecycle. Plan and coordinate SIT and UAT activities, ensuring coverage of key business scenarios. Validate integration flows between Salesforce and SAP SD, including customer data, orders, pricing, delivery, and billing. Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies found during testing. Collaborate closely with business, functional, and technical teams.
