The Role We’re hiring a CFO who can be a true partner to the CEO: bring investor-grade financial leadership, build the finance engine, and help us raise meaningful capital fast. This is a high-ownership role at a pre-seed company. You’ll build structure without slowing us down, and you’ll be comfortable operating as both strategic lead and hands-on doer. What You’ll Do Fundraising + Investor Readiness Partner with the CEO to lead fundraising strategy, investor pipeline, and process execution Strengthen the investor narrative and ensure the deck, model, and data room are diligence-ready Drive investor communications, follow-ups, and weekly momentum tracking to keep the round moving Support term sheet evaluation, negotiation, and closing mechanics Financial Strategy + Operating Cadence Own the financial model, runway planning, burn management, and scenario planning Build budget and forecasting disciplines that scale through seed and beyond Create board-ready reporti
