Mid-level Quality Analyst

The position: This vacancy is for a Mid-level Quality Analyst (QA) who will be allocated to a development squad at an energy sector client. In your daily work, you will: Act in an integrated manner with the client's development squad, working closely with the PO, developers, UX/UI designers, and other professionals involved. Participate in the squad's agile ceremonies, actively contributing to planning and tracking deliveries. Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, identifying inconsistencies, risks, and potential failure scenarios. Develop test scenarios and cases considering business rules and different application flows. Execute functional, exploratory, integration, regression testing, and business rule validation. Validate developed features before they are made available for user acceptance testing (UAT) and/or production. Identify, log, document, and track bugs and non-conformities, ensuring their proper handling. Work together with developers in investigating, reproducing, and validating defect fixes. Perform regression testing to ensure that new implementations do not impact existing features. Record test evidence and keep quality documentation up to date. Contribute to the definition and evolution of the squad's acceptance criteria and Definition of Done (DoD). Support the homologation process with the PO and client stakeholders.
