Position Summary We are seeking a client-focused HR Generalist to deliver hands-on HR support to a portfolio of nonprofit clients. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a client-facing role. You will act as a trusted HR partner to executive directors, managers, and staff, often serving as the primary HR resource for organizations without an in-house HR team. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable supporting several clients at once.
