This is a remote position. Apprenticeship Tutor - Digital Learning Designer Level 5 Location: Remote Contract: Employed or freelance Salary / fees: Negotiable, depending on experience and contract type The opportunity Deliver teaching, coaching and assessment for Digital Learning Designer Level 5 apprentices. You will bring occupational digital learning experience and guide apprentices from induction and on-programme learning through Gateway and EPA. Salary or fee arrangements will be discussed individually. You will report to the Apprenticeship Lead, or the Head of Education when the lead is unavailable. Apprenticeship standards Digital Learning Designer Level 5 What you will do Deliver engaging virtual teaching and individual coaching, adapting learning to apprentices’ needs and workplace practice. Assess knowledge, skills and behaviours through assignments, workplace evidence, professional discussions and observations; provide timely feedback and clear development targets. Guide apprentices through the full learner journey, preparing them for Gateway and EPA and checking evidence against assessment requirements. Maintain accurate e-portfolio records, complete monthly teaching and learning visit records and conduct progress reviews at least every 10 weeks, including off-the-job training and agreed actions.
