Operations Mortgage Trainer - Remote

The Operations Mortgage Trainer will support the Longbridge Financial training and education program for Operations team members. Reporting to the Director of Training, this is primarily a remote position responsible for executing the company’s training and education program for Operations team members, with periodic on-site travel for in-person sessions as needed per company travel policy. The Operations Mortgage Trainer improves employee performance by identifying learning needs, developing training solutions, creating training materials based on adult learning models, and delivering effective instruction so Operations team members have the knowledge and skills to perform their roles successfully. The role develops and delivers onboarding, loan processing systems, refresher, product, process, compliance, and soft-skills training across the organization. Program Design & Delivery Design, develop, and deliver training programs for Operations team members, covering onboarding, process, systems, product, and compliance training. Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions that support knowledge retention, skill development, and performance improvement. Manage new hire onboarding programs and training schedules so employees reach required proficiency levels within established timelines. Support change management efforts by developing and delivering training for new products, processes, technologies, and operational initiatives. Needs Assessment & Partners
