Quality Engineer – QA Control Account Manager

***Active DoD Security Clearance Preferred*** ***US Citizenship Required*** ***NO VISA SUPPORT or C2C*** Primary Function Long Wave Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer – QA Control Account Manager (CAM) to support program quality assurance, Control Account Management, Quality Management System (QMS) execution, and departmental budget and resource planning within an aerospace and defense environment. The position serves as the designated QA CAM for assigned programs, managing cost account performance, forecasts, budgets, and associated EVMS responsibilities. In addition, the position supports program QA execution, internal auditing, corrective action activities, and QMS implementation and sustainment. This is a hands-on individual contributor position requiring coordination with Program Management, Finance, Quality leadership, and other functional organizations. Essential Responsibilities QA Control Account Management Serve as QA CAM for assigned control accounts, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements. Develop and maintain ETCs, EACs, and forecasts; support development and maintenance of control account baselines. Monitor cost and schedule performance, prepare variance analyses, and identify execution risks and corrective actions. Maintain CAM records and objective evidence supporting internal, customer, government, and DCMA EVMS reviews. Support BCRs, IBRs, program reviews, and recurring EVMS reporting activities.
