Director of Mission Growth - Clearance Required

Overview LMI is seeking a Director of Mission Growth to lead growth strategy, marketing, and mission delivery expansion for our Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS) portfolio. This position will be responsible for shaping strategy across multiple defense markets, homeland security, and other Government agencies to position LMI's technology capabilities against leading autonomy, robotics, and unmanned systems initiatives. This role requires a senior growth leader who connects marketing, business development, customer engagement, and product positioning into one integrated plan that delivers capability to our mission partners. The Director will work with RAS leadership, mission delivery teams, technical experts, product teams, and program managers to streamline growth plans across markets and connect customer missions with solutions spanning robotics, autonomous systems, mission software, artificial intelligence, data, systems integration, test and evaluation, training, procurement, and sustainment, including a growing portfolio of LMI proprietary products and platforms.
