PAM Security Technician (CyberArk)

At Logicalis Spain, we are looking for two CyberArk PAM Technicians to join a cybersecurity managed service for a strategic client in the telecommunications sector. Duties: Basic administration of the CyberArk PAM platform. Management of additions, removals, and modifications of privileged accounts. Creation and maintenance of Safes. Review of accounts, permissions, and accesses. Support for incidents related to connection, rotation, and access to privileged credentials. Follow-up on corrective tasks and service requests. Review of rotation, verification, and credential reconciliation errors. Technical documentation of actions performed. Escalation of complex incidents to higher-level profiles. Collaboration with cybersecurity and operations teams in the continuous improvement of the service. Participation in the daily operations of the PAM environment and support for internal users. Minimum Requirements: Technical training in systems, networks, or cybersecurity. Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration. General knowledge of Active Directory. Interest in PAM solutions and privileged access management. Analytical capacity, organization, and service orientation. Teamwork skills and continuous learning. Experience in technical support or security platform administration. Ability to produce technical documentation and follow operational procedures. Preferred: Previous experience with CyberArk or similar PAM solutions.
