AI & Backend Developer

At Logicalis Spain, we are looking to hire a Python Developer specialized in Artificial Intelligence to join a team responsible for the design, development, and integration of AI agents and multi-agent systems into corporate services, APIs, and platforms for one of our main clients in Spain. Responsibilities: Participate in the design, development, and evolution of Artificial Intelligence agents and multi-agent systems. Integrate agents and multi-agent solutions into corporate services, APIs, and platforms. Design and implement LLM orchestration and integration solutions, defining the logic, instructions, and execution flows of the agents. Develop solutions combining generative AI, deterministic logic, business rules, and workflows. Participate in the continuous evolution and improvement of the implemented solutions. Essential Requirements: Solid experience working with Python and backend development. Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture, event-driven architecture, DDD, and MCP. Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for developing agents, tools, workflows, and state management. Experience in the design, development, and evolution of agents, orchestrators, and multi-agent solutions for LLM integration. Ability to combine generative AI with deterministic logic, rules, and workflows. Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and deployments in cloud environments.
