Data Engineer DataStage / Cloud

At Logicalis Spain, we want to incorporate a Data Engineer with solid experience in DataStage. The selected person will work mainly with DataStage and can also participate in data engineering projects on modern platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric. The Data, Analytics & AI team at Logicalis works with national and international clients, carrying out major data engineering, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, data strategy, governance, integration, and architecture projects, covering the entire data lifecycle. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Experience in IBM DataStage and ETL process development. Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience in integration, transformation, and processing of data from different sources. Knowledge or experience in data platforms and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric. Experience with Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) is highly valued, along with knowledge of Python, Spark, dbt, or orchestration tools, and participation in migration projects from DataStage to cloud platforms. Ability to analyze, optimize, and resolve incidents in data flows and processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and maintain data integration and transformation processes using IBM DataStage. Analyze and optimize ETL processes, ensuring their performance.
