Headquartered in sunny Barcelona, we're now a team of 380+ people representing over 60 nationalities, united by a passion for transforming the future of short-term rentals. ⭐ Role Overview The United States is Lodgify 's most strategic growth market, and we are looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Specialist to drive our presence end-to-end—from customer acquisition through onboarding activation and retention. Based at our Barcelona HQ with travel to the U.S. for key events and partner meetings, this role offers high autonomy to build a full growth engine, engineer automated workflows, and collaborate directly with Product Management. ⭐ How will you make an impact? Own and manage the U.S. regional growth strategy and budget , optimizing spend across channels to achieve pipeline, CAC, and ROI targets. Build data-backed business cases and quantified ROI models for strategic initiatives, channel investments, and resource requests. Develop regional segmentation frameworks and tailored playbooks for high-priority U.S. markets and customer tiers. Lead full-funnel marketing programs across content, paid digital, CRM lifecycle, social, partnerships, and regional industry events. Build and scale automated growth systems using n8n, Zapier,
