Proposal Analyst - E2- FT Telework

Standard Job Description You will be the Proposal Analyst for the Proposal Management Team. Our team is responsible for developing, planning, and managing proposals in compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other government regulations. What You Will Be Doing As the Proposal Analyst you will lead the estimating effort, shape bid strategies, and ensure proposals meet all technical, cost, and schedule requirements. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and execute comprehensive bid/price strategies, including cost models, cash‑flow analysis, NPV and IRR assessments. Coordinate collection of cost, schedule, and performance data from functional departments and compile them into complete proposals. Lead the estimating process, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and RFP specifications. Participate in should‑cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives, and support contract negotiations. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency within pricing and estimating functions.
