Standard Job Description The Lockheed Martin Artificial Intelligence Center (LAIC) seeks an AI Systems Engineer to join the AI Factory Growth & Engagement Team supporting the AI Adoption associate manager by coordinating and scheduling training engagements, assisting with organizing team events, and managing team communications. Key Responsibilities: Training Engagement Scheduling: Work with the AI Adoption associate manager and internal/external stakeholders to plan, schedule, and track AI training sessions (including curriculum coordination, venue/resource allocation, and attendee management). Event Coordination: Assist in the end‑to‑end planning of team‑wide events (workshops, hackathons, briefings, and community conferences); handle logistics, invitations, agendas, and post‑event follow‑up. Team Communications: Draft, review, and distribute team announcements, meeting minutes, status reports, and other official communications; ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to Lockheed Martin branding standards. Administrative Support: Maintain project calendars, track action items, and provide status updates to the Team Manager and leadership as needed. Collaboration: Partner with engineering, business, and HR partners to ensure training and event objectives align with enterprise AI adop
