Standard Job Description The Program Manager will lead the end‑to‑end development of digital electronics for the IGNITE edge processing portfolio. A program manager on our team will typically lead one or more CCA or entire box development efforts through technology readiness levels (TRL) 0 to 6+ and Mission Classes A, B, C or D. This role is responsible for defining program strategy, coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing schedules, budgets, and risk, and ensuring that deliverables meet performance, cost, and schedule objectives in support of advanced mission‑critical systems. Program Leadership – Define, execute, and own the program roadmap for digital electronics hardware, from concept through production. Cross‑Functional Coordination – Partner with systems engineering, firmware, software, mechanical, test, procurement, and subcontracts teams to align requirements and meet program milestones. Schedule & Budget Management – Develop and maintain detailed master schedules, resource plans, and budgets; track progress and implement corrective actions as needed. Risk & Issue Management – Identify technical and programmatic risks, implement mitigation strategies, and communicate status to senior leadership. Technical Oversight – Provide guidance on architecture, component selection, PCB design, signal integrity, and thermal management; ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
