Standard Job Description Define how the data will be stored, consumed, integrated and managed by different data entities and IT systems, as well as any applications using or processing that data in some way.Design and implement data solutions by defining database physical and virtual structures and functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery specifications; Perform data modeling, data architecture map, data governance for data at rest; Work through all stages of a data solution lifecycle, e.g., analyze / profile data, create conceptual, logical and physical data model designs, architect and design ETL, reporting and analytics; Ensures that an organization follows a formal data standard and that its data assets are in line with the defined data architecture and/or with the goals of the business; Maintains metadata registry, oversees data management, optimizes databases and/or all data sources; Forward looking to future data management techniques and processes The core responsibilities for this role are based on a broad knowledge of IT and include, but are not limited to the following: Own what and how data is transformed, transmitted, modeled, categorized, and mastered for Plant to Stock’s systems Overall data design authority for the 1LMX ERP PTS systems Act as an approver on functional and technical specifications to support the function for models/reports, with tangible knowledge on what SAP ERP has out of the box vs. performing customizations in S/4 Enforce da
