Standard Job Description Strategic Sourcing Category Management is seeking a Category Manager to join the Direct Category Management team. This role is in support of Supply Chain Transformation and is critical to the enablement of material savings and Central Procurement efficiencies through the expansion of OneLM Agreements (Corporate Agreements, Long Term Agreements (LTAs). The Category Manager will: • Collaborate closely with the Lead Category Manager to develop and implement contracting strategies for the Actives category, driving savings and efficiencies. • Provide support to other Category Leads as required, contributing to the effective management of a broad range of electrical categories, including Connectors, Passives and other electrical categories. • Support execution and management of OneLM Agreements in accordance with LMAP, CAP and GSCO policies and procedures • Support all aspects of the OneLM Agreement process, including: preparation of requirements documents, statements of work and RFPs; development of evaluation criteria; participation in bidders' conferences and supplier presentations; analysis and evaluation of proposals in support of best value procurements; price negotiations; terms and conditions negotiations; price analyses; documenting activities in compliance with policies and procedures; supplier management; as well as the management and maintenance of the agreement.
